As a non-profit organisation, we can offer affordable rental rates for our licensees. We also deliver business premises to let on a rolling monthly contract, providing our licensees excellent flexibility. Ultimately, if a new start-up or an established business doesn’t work out or you need to expand or move your operation, you won’t be left paying for a long-term tenancy agreement.
Added services
Alongside our core service of letting out business premises, we also provide some added value services in the form of a message taking service, a free conference room, photocopying and telephone and internet connection on request.
Highly secure premises
CCTV and a Paxton access control system protect our units to ensure your goods and business premises are secure at all times. We also have two secure car parks which are locked overnight.
